Ah...the Travelers Cafe. We've spent a lot of time here, and will be spending more time there in the coming week. It's further than the other cafes, but they have an english menu, and the staff is super nice. I secretly think they like to practice their english on us. A few of them are pretty good actually! They have a pretty big menu, but in the end we always make it back to their donuts. They warm them up somehow and make them extra delicious.
Sounds like I'm missing all kinds of college football fun back home. K-State losing to Baylor?? Iowa St beating Texas!? What the heck is going on?? I have to rely on ESPN.com, there isn't any sports on their TV, and if there was I'd guess it'd be soccer or hockey. I also saw that the benches cleared in the 3rd inning of the Giant/Phillies game, but both teams were too sissy to throw any punches. It made me sad that I was going to miss the World Series, but not now with these teams. Come on, the Rangers??
No word on whether or not we can pick up the boys on Saturday yet. We should know tomorrow. In the meantime we'll have some donuts at the Travelers Cafe to pass the time! :) I guarantee the updates will be more exciting in about a week!
